A visit to
Preston North End Football Stadium

A tour of the clubs facilities was arranged for senior members of Preston Hockey Club who were asked to meet at 10.30am outside the National Football Museum where they would by greeted by their tour guide.
After a reasonable time, allowing for the weather conditions, enquiries were made to ascertain the whereabouts of the promised tour guide! It transpired that the tour guide had the visit scheduled for the following day!
Lunch for the party had been arranged for 12.30pm in The Invincible's Suite, and it was decided that the hour and half remaining would be spent perusing the memorabilia in the, soon to be relocated in Manchester, National Football Museum.

The party has been assured that the visit will be rearranged sometime soon, and that the meal arrangements for that visit will betransfered to Preston Golf Club.
